Digital downloads

If your digital poster is genuinely defective — a rendering error, a corrupted file, or a mismatch with the spec you ordered — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Prints

If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a reprint or a refund, your choice.

Typos and customer-entered text

Custom text (names, dates, coordinates) is printed exactly as entered at checkout. If you spot a typo in text you typed, we're glad to reprint it — that reprint is billed at our cost, since the original was produced correctly to the order as placed.
